Recurring strange behavior

Hi.

This is a recurring strange behavior from units. They are spotting an enemy, engaging some times, some times not. But in this instant the enemy can fire multiple times, but not me.

This is especially annoying when trying to take out on map mortar teams, they are already OP enough, but not be able to target when finally spotting them is demoralising. This problem has been around as long as I have played this game. The earlier developers where slow to change anything, but maybe with Matrix this can be adressed and fixed?
