[NO FIX][1676] Unable to load scenario

Post by Quixotic1917 »

I was building a scenario which then crashed after I attempted to turn on the satellite 2 map. (It actually froze my entire PC and I had to power down to use it again.) when attempting to load the scenario again to work on it, the scenario description is replaced with the following:
ERROR - Unable to load scenario! Please copy this entire text and submit it to the dev team for investigation. Exception: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Command - Modern Operations\Scenarios\1975 greece v turkey.scen' because it is being used by another process. Exception source: mscorlib Stack Trace: at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath) at System.IO.FileStream.Init(String path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access, Int32 rights, Boolean useRights, FileShare share, Int32 bufferSize, FileOptions options, SECURITY_ATTRIBUTES secAttrs, String msgPath, Boolean bFromProxy, Boolean useLongPath, Boolean checkHost) at System.IO.FileStream..ctor(String path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access, FileShare share, Int32 bufferSize, FileOptions options, String msgPath, Boolean bFromProxy) at System.IO.FileStream..ctor(String path, FileMode mode) at Command_Core.ScenContainer.LoadFromFile(String theFileName) at Command.LoadScenario.eUex5PscwVD8erPRnjyY(Object ) at Command.LoadScenario.LoadFromPath(String thePath, String selFilename)
Might not be useful but loading the scenario file anyways for good measure.

Yes, I'm afraid the provided file is impossible to extract useful info from. It seems to have been irreparably corrupted. Sorry :(
