National borders

National borders

I am working in the map editor. How do I create, move and erase national borders? I saw nothing in the manual explaining this. Apologies if I overlooked something obvious.

Make sure you have "Edit Hex layer" selected
Then "select items"selected
You can then right click on any Hex and assign a country ownership
