For Commonwealth, place pilots in the Indian fighter and the Nimrod CVP. Fighter in Bombay while the CVP goes in Manchester. Naval reinforcements in Liverpool. Mech and Motorized corps in London. Others in Southhampton.

Place the French amphib in Boma.

For USA, P51B and P47 in New York. Baltimore Lnd3 in Norfolk along with the Dauntless nav. TBF-4 CVP on the Ranger in San Diego along with the P-38F. All other reinforcements in San Diego.

For USSR, the 6-4 infantry corps in Kirov. One of the 6-3 infantry corps in Baku, the other in Tashkent. The cavalry in Stalinsk.
