1.27a - Arrow keys not working properly with Strat. Map

Navigating the Regimes list on the Strat. Map tab with arrow keys does not update the bottom info bar. For example, I click on Regime A in the list and on the bottom of the screen I can see all their info in the bottom Regime tab. I click on Regime B on Strat. Map, I get Regime B's info. However, if I hit down arrow key to highlight Regime C on the Strat. Map, the bottom of the screen still shows Regime B's info. Same behavior with up arrow key.
