I bought and bought DLCs for all of the World War 2 Combat Mission games before this move to Steam happened.

How do I manage for my Steam account to "absorb" all of my previously purchased games, DLCs and updates?

They are talking about the classic CMx1 steam re-releases not the new CM ones.

You can register all your Battlefront CMx2 game/dlc keys with "register serial" on your Matrix/Slitherine profile page. Than you can generate a Steam key on your profile page which you can than use with "add game" on Steam.
