Saved game: The bug can't be loaded
Description
A fleet can't attempt capture more than once between reloads.
How to reproduce:
-select a fleet
-make a capture attempt and make sure the pods are sent
-wait for one of the ships' boarding assault strength indicator to come back to its normal value
-select the fleet: the boarding assault strength indicator is blocked at 0.
-capture with this fleet or any of its ships is impossible until the game is saved and reloaded

Just after I finished posting, I managed to save the bug. So, here is the save

I found that the save will keep the wrong status if the fleet is attacking something and lose it if it is not.

I realize that the respawn rate of the boarding pods does not follow the numbers set in the component properties. The first boarding pod tech is supposed to be 5 full minutes, but the ships respawn them much faster than that.

Thanks for the save. What are reproduction steps from this save - are they the same as in your original post? How quickly do you see assault pods respawn?

Yes, the same simple steps.
From memory, I'd say it takes 20 or 30 seconds for individual ships to get their boarding strength back.

Thanks. I'm unable to reproduce from your save. Do you have another example you could share? A video clip demonstrating the issue would also be useful.
