[FIXED] Program Freeze

I put together a fun little scenario and this bug has been around a while, but I thought it would get fixed in this update.
The scenario runs to each minute and then stops for a long time and then runs to the next minute. Stopping on the minute each time. I have enclosed a save where it stops.

I think the freezes are related with the USSR land strike mission.

If you delete it, there are no freezes.

Perhaps you should recreate it using the new build 1728?

There are errors related with the mission in the exception log, even fuse error.

This is the latest version. Why would the strike mission stop it?

I understood you created the scen in a previous build and it was still freezing in the last beta.

Regarding the why, I do not know
