Iranian flight landed in Washington

Yesterday I noticed this Iranian military plane landing in Washington. It seemed strange to me. I thought there was a bug in the website's database, but I might just be ignorant. Is it normal to see an Iranian plane landing in the United States?

Probably a diplomatic flight for the UN delegation.
