1.27c Leaders in Factions incorrectly displayed

New game displays Leaders in factions with conflicting information on their job status and life history.
For Example:
(1) Connor Wood "Elite Circle" Faction leader (Portrait displays 2 stars)
Commander 1st SHQ 37 years old Seniority rank #100 party loyalty 69
(a) War 36 (b) Int 21 (c) Cha 31 (d) Cap III
History log
Step #4 "Became member of "EC"" (nothing further indicates him being made the Faction Leader)

(2) Glitch Carbonfront "Elite Circle" Member (Portrait displays no stars)
Advisor - 56 years old - Seniority rank #27 - party loyalty 78
(a) War 42 (b) Int 52 (c) Cha 36 (d) Cap IV
History Log
Step #7 Became Leader of "EC"" (nothing further indicates a demotion in faction rank)

I also had another Faction Leader in the Job Reserves with a History Log showing
"Step #4 Became Faction Leader of "AF"
"Step #5 Became Faction leader of "SK"
