Monsoon locations

Post by Skyros »

I was reviewing which locations are affected by monsoons and discovered that a number in Burma are not enabled. I'm not sure if it was an oversite or on purpose since I assume it would have an area impact. These locations do not have the check box in the data base.

Donbaik
Gokteik Viaduct
Lashio
Magwe
Monywa
Papun
Pauk
Prome
Rangoon
Sandoway
SittangBridge
Tanbaya
Taung Gyi
Toungoo
Ye

I also mapped it to see if maybe it was geographically related, but they are all mixed together.

Have y'all cleaned this up in your mods or is this an oversite?

Thanks Skyros, good tip.

After verification, my mod is almost good - the current, unpublished version that is.

I have added a " symbol (for rain) behind the location name of each base with ME box checked in the editor, then checked in-game if there are bases in the monsoon area without the " symbol in the name.

Turned out I have missed but two bases (I have added a lot more dot bases in the area).

Good - so is it correct the ME tab on the page of the base is the one to tick?

Will check all mine - the Monsoon effect in Burma/ Thailand etc is way to low as it is.
