Special actions with LUA script, dock ships and load/unload Bty from Pier - how to?

Hello,
I'm pretty new with LUA scripts and I need some info's to build the following:

Special Action #1
From GUI I would select a ship and a port group (may be different piers) or single Pier
Docking ship to that pier

Special Action #2
Select Pier from GUI, deploy cargos to land

Special Action #3
Select single o group of facility (i.e. large Bty) and Select Pier from GUI, load to Pier

This is for managing large facility Bty to be moved from a port to another because if I simply unload cargo from a ship, it will be set in water.

May be someone of you just resolved this situation or tell me where I can find more info about.
