Reinstalling the game, says bad serial???

Reinstalling the game, says bad serial???

My serail is on my page, of games why would it say its bad?

I am not sure. Can you provide a few more details? You are trying to reinstall the game from scratch and the installer won't accept your serial number? I will probably have to pass this onto Matrix Tech Support, but first I will try to match your experience on my machine.

After looking at my own materials, I will have to pass you onto Matrix/Slitherine's tech support because I do not actually own a retail copy of the game. Meaning, I cannot test the same installation procedures that you would use. Perhaps someone else on the Forum can weigh in with the relevant information regarding a new installation.

Sorry that I don't have something else to offer right now.

(I assume that you know how to open a support ticket if necessary. If not, please let me know.)
