Unable to log in to PBEM server

Trying to get a PBEM game going for the first time in a few months. I cannot get logged in despite having no issues previously. I reset my Slitherine account and this doesn't work. I displayed the password so I am confident it's been typed correctly. I have tried merging my Slitherine and Matrix accounts and have not been able to. Any ideas? I thought I might be resetting the wrong account, as I seem to have separate Matrix/Matrix forum/Slitherine accounts.

Does Slitherine/Matrix have some kind of Amazon services? They cover a lot of areas and Amazon has run into a technical problem with their services across a broad spectrum.

It's not that, this randomly happened to my son a few months back as well. I had to make a new account, which is what he did last time. Probably some borked backend stuff.

I had a similar issue - Basically Slitherine Help Desk resolved it. I think there was some issues around how the companies where integrated and passwords.
