[WAD]Flight Plan for Patrol and Support Missions

I had not played in a long time and thought to redo some of the tutorials to refresh my memory a bit (yes, I'm aware that a lot of them are out of date.)
While doing the 'MDSP Tutorial 6" I realized that I could not complete it as the mission editor no longer allowed me to create flight plans for support or patrol missions, the buttons are all greyed out.
I know for a fact this used to be doable, as I have clear memories of setting the racetrack or figure 8 loops for patrol missions, so this is not a case of "Its an old CMANO tutorial".
Yes, I tried to click the "Use pre-generated flight plans only" button and it also was greyed out.
Flight plans for Strike Missions work fine.

Is this a bug, or was this feature removed? I didn't use it much to be honest, but I'd still like to know whether it was deliberately removed or if there's a problem with the current build.

The save file I provided is for the scenario "Dawn Strike" as I used it, along with other scenarios, to confirm this was not solely an issue with one scenario.
