If i build Landing ships with romania. Are they Added to germany stockpile

So i cant build landing ships for Germany because shipyards all in use.

I notice that for Romania, Yugoslavia, Finland and Hungary they have zero transports and landing ships.

Could i use Romania production points to build landing ships and for these to be added to a pool to Germany stockpile and then use for either Germany, Yug, Hun and Rom?

If they have shipyards it goes into their own pool if I remember. It has been a long time since I looked at it. But I believe they do not have shipyards.

how can i tell if a port is a ship yard? because at the start i thought each port was a shipyard. or how can i tell if they have ship yards?

on the below answer i would guess then if i build landing ships with Hungary production it will go to Germany stockpile?

Shipyard is just an abstract pool. You get X shipyard points. As you build naval units you temporarily use shipyards till it is built.

romania does not have yards, so you should not be able to build landing ships

the on map ports are just places to resupply existing ships, and have nothing to do with production

go to the individual nation's production screen

then look down at shipyards

romania has zero

germany's shipyards will free up as soon as bismark is launched

germany has an early game choice-landing ships or subs?

this is an interesting choice that has a lot to do with your early strat
