Install issue - Return of the shakturi

Hello

I had to reinstall game.

Cleared original install directory and installed first base game from
DistantWorlds2-SetupRemaster-v1.0.6.4.zip
Then
DistantWorlds2-Factions-IkkuroAndDhayut-DLCSetup-v1.1.2.4.zip
DistantWorlds2-Factions-QuamenoAndGizureans-DLCSetup-v1.1.6.7.zip

DistantWorlds2-ReturnOfTheShakturi-DLCSetup-v1.2.6.7.zip cannot be used as it requires newer install so I updated game by using
DistantWorlds2-MultiUpdateComp-v1.3.1.1

Game installed correctly and 2 DLC's are activated but I cannot activate code for Return Of The Shakturi.
Selected "activate DLC" and code is valid but after selecting next, installer runs very quickly but doesn't really do anything.
Installer also gives following error but this happens for every selection

When you say you cleared original directory - what do you mean exactly? Did you manually delete the DW2 installation folder or did you run the uninstaller?

For future, when activating additional DLC products, we recommend using the latest MultiUpdateComp installer to unlock and install all DLC content as they are up-to-date with the latest files for all released products. This means we would recommend doing the following:
1. Install DW2 from DistantWorlds2-SetupRemaster-v1.0.6.4.zip
2. Run DistantWorlds2-MultiUpdateComp-v1.3.1.1. When prompted, select all products you have a serial key for and they will be installed + the base game will be updated.

Hello

I deleted everything from Installation folder and I didn't run uninstaller.
I didn't get DistantWorlds2-MultiUpdateComp-v1.3.1.1 working with win 10 but after update to win 11, everything worked as expected.
