Drop tank availability

I am currently playing two PBEM games as the Allied player (I know, I know. I'm a masochist). In the first game we're in November '42, and the other we're in March '42. In the November game my P-38s have drop tanks, but in the March game they do not. I understand that some aircraft have delayed availability for drop tanks, so my question is whether there is documentation of when this availability begins?

I have looked in the manual, the in-game aircraft database and in Tracker; Nada.

You might want to load the scenario in the editor and check there.

It's not available throught he game. As ranger said use the editor but its May 42 for the P-38.

If you look in the https://forums.matrixgames.com/viewtopi ... 3&t=396274 it gives all drop tank dates that I know about.
