[FIXED][1728] ASCM error (land after target prevents firing the missile)

If there is land on the projected path of a ASCM (the example is with Sea Eagle), the refuses to launch even though on the path of the missile the target is before the land.

I feel this relaxes to ascm launchers from airborne platforms only. Please check

Double check with this. Focus on the pair of F18 65m NW of Kaliningrad and try their Harpoons on the 2 obvious targets at their 12 o clock. This is 1728.2
