Balance option

Hello,

Does "Balance" tab in the "Game options" menu affect AI cheats (teleports, etc) like "Difficulty" tab? Or i can leave "difficulty" on 100 and boost AI morale with "balance" without enabling AI cheats?

Balance does not impact the AI movement routines, so yes, you can use that to balance games with the AI without boosting it's movement.
