Game Version: Beta 1.08.1706 (The same problem was noticed on versions: 1.08.1676, 1.07.1544, 1.07.1567.6, 1.07.1527)

Subject:
The flight altitude of drones does not change.

Description:
In my scenario, the Shahed-136 won't let me change its altitude, even though the database says "Weapon Altitude Control Possible."
I tested this on other drones with "Weapon Altitude Control Possible," and the result is the same.
The "Throttle and altitude settings" window has altitude settings (unlike other weapons, where "Weapon Altitude Control Possible" isn't listed in the database, the altitude settings in the "Throttle and altitude settings" window are grayed out, meaning they can't be changed). However, when I change these settings, nothing happens, and the altitude value doesn't change. This doesn't matter whether I check the "Manual override" box; the drone still flies at ~60m ASL (200ft ASL) and a stable 18.3m AGL (~60ft).
Speed, in turn, has two settings: 65kt and 108kt, and when you select these settings in the same window, the drone actually changes its speed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a Shahed-136 unit (for example)
2. Launch the Shahed somewhere
3. Try changing the Shahed's flight altitude
