Scenario depot for DLC Expanded Battles

I note on the product page that there will only be a handful of historic scenarios bundled with the DLC. This makes sense in that there will likely be hundreds built by the community within a short time, and that's a good thing.

I'm wondering if there is a plan to manage community-built scenarios? A Scenario page on the Forum would be useful for the testing phase, but is unworkable as a long-term repository. Will there be a stand alone scenario sited (like A few Good men, for CM), or a managed scenario bundle (like with Command), or something else. BTW, I avoid Steam at all costs, so their scenario system won't work for me, and I suspect many others.

I think just having a accessible "scenarios" folder would be by far the simplest way

Perhaps, but where would it be held? A page on the Forum might quickly get unmanageable, and I think it should be kept for playtesting.

Perhaps a repository on the NWS site.

Hey, thanks for the question.

Our plan is to create a sub-forum on the Matrix Games forums for RTW3 where players can share scenarios and ship designs. Our expectation is that we will also link the NWS forum in case users post their designs and scenarios there as well.
