[1774] Mission Editor - list of missions

The vertical list of missions at the left of the mission editor does not descend enough to show all existing missions. For example, in the attached example there is a task pool that I just created but cannot access through the mission list. This is no task pool specific. You can create an ordinary mission starting with T and will not show below the last mission showing.

To add that it appears that it is always the last (and only the last) mission that fails to show. I have created a dummy mission "Zero" (to be at the end of the alphabet) and circumvented the problem (but it is still a kind of bug)
