Kamensk

The town listed as "Kamensk" in the game (259, 172) has been called "Kamensk-Schachtinski" since 1929, according to German Wikipedia... and Luftwaffe reports from the wartime era. It also houses a huge chemical plant (both then and now).

I have added 1x HI, 1x Railyard and 2x Resource but also degraded population from 2 to 1
