B1776. Error message loading CMANO scenario

The scenario is loaded nevertheless, just reporting this because it was not happening in older builds.

Tried "helo" scenario posted in this thread. I suppose the error is related with the new QOL feature, DB used, that is missing.

A similar issue to this has been fixed in 1776. It appears this is happening because the scenario is using DB 475 which is extremely old. Let us know if it happens with any other scenarios
