Tutorial NBC Operations is Wrong Scenario

Hi,

the NBC Operations scenario doesn't correspond to the units in the manual/guides ; in fact currently it is using the Artillery Operations map, with the same FO units renamed as some of the NBC tutorial units. (edited, map should be apparently the same as Artillery Operations, but the units are still wrong).

I'll review this as I thought I had split things correctly when revising the two scenarios. I also know we have a typo in one of the docs that lists the wrong scenario selection. All of this will be getting worked on over the holidays for the January update.
