B1776. Tarawa ARG not dropping target

Not sure it is a bug or I do not know how to do it.

Theres is a red mark inland and the members of the Tarawa ARG will not stop poundering it, tried with drop target, disengage and unassign, but the warship continue hitting the marker.

You need to set your ROE for land targets to "hold". This isn't a bug

Tarawa is firing in self-defense, since all guns have max-range for self-defense, if you change that, the tarawa stops firing.

CMO has so many options, that it is like when you have too many keys and you do not know what to use to open a door, so you try all of them

The land mark is not very dangerous for that poundering, in fact I still do not know what is doing there.
