Any card that generates a new leader

I am playing the stable branch, so please disregard if this has already been implemented on the beta branch.

It would be really useful if any and all cards that generate new leaders to the reserve pool would state the name of the new leader, rather than having to deduce this manually by 'who doesn't look familiar'.

While waiting for a fix, you can find the new one: in the mng/leader screen, if you don't touch at the sorting, it will be the last character in that list.
