NM bonus for Russia 1/42

NM bonus for Russia 1/42

It appears that if US has not been activated by 1/42 the USSR does not receive NM bonus. Is this correct? Further it appears Persia bonus might be negated. Thanks

You're right about the first one. Persia is different in that once the conditions are met, which does include the USA having joined the Allies, then the USA will be presented with DE 319 where it can decide whether to send supplies to the USSR via Persia. So that will come.
