Hotkeys not working for the menu bar

Hi,
It seems the hotkeys shown for the menu bar items (Game, Counters, Staff etc.) are not working.
Either just pressing them directly (worked in FCSS) or using the standard Alt+key modifier.

One minor QoL issue that probably no-one else cares about :mrgreen:

Shadrach, we have this issue noted and in our bug tracking for a fix. Hopefully, in the January update, we can get to it with some other items in the queue.
OTS is looking forward to Southern Storm getting released!
