Save file attached. Why the arty won't fire ICM under FSCC control?
Change ammunition to "any" in FS group B sheet seems to make the arty fire under FSCC control

Right now, the FSCC won't engage heavily armored ('hard') targets using ICM, requiring the shooting unit to have HE.
That's not a correct decision, we'll fix that.
