Now I open an existing scenario that was updated before this feature was available. It's Commander List doesn't have the extra commanders that have been added from other scenarios:

But after loading the Commander List file, it sports those extra commanders. I can then add its commanders to the end of the list, accumulating such commanders into a Grand Commander List (which is what we'll have when I finish this process):

I revised Additional Feature #10 to a simpler solution. Searching all directories under the Graphics Override folder was way too difficult. But I found that if you just put the new commander pictures directly into that folder (i. e. don't use subfolders) it gets the job done. So, that's the solution.

I've now uploaded the new commanders from the 10 scenarios I've upgraded so far, totalling 350 additional commanders to the Commander List. 8-)

I finished updating my Pearl Harbor 1941 scenario (coincidentally on Pearl Harbor Day!). Quite a bit easier than Jutland 1916 turned out to be. Here are the Japanese Commanders:

And here are the American commanders. Of the 20 commanders, 13 had to be created.

I've fixed New Hierarchy Module bug #16: Now there is an alert upon any attempt to attach another subordinate formation to a formation that already has the limit of subordinates. After the alert, the attempt aborts without attachment.

Here I show what happens when you try to attach a 17th subordinate formation to a formation:

I've finished updating my Midway 1942 scenario. Harder than I'd hoped though.
