Strange Menu drop down behaviour

I have a multi monitor setup and have noticed that the location of the movable report windows changes the behaviour of the menu drop downs. That attached pdf shows two screenshots. The top screenshot shows the Intelligence report open in the same window that the game is running on and, when I click on the Staff menu the drop down is located just below the Staff menu, as expected. However, in the lower screenshot, if I move the Intelligence report to a second monitor and then click on the Staff menu item the drop down appears offset to the right. I've noticed that this happens with any open reports and any of the menu items. Not a critical issue but one I thought I would bring up.

I do have the Discord app but I've disabled overlays and I always close down the app before running the game.

This is resolved. It was an issue with the scale setting on the second monitor.
