[FIXED][1776] quasi ASCM problem

[FIXED][1776] quasi ASCM problem

Try and launch one or more Tomahawks from either Carrier group against the Radars in Okinawa, or one of the Airbases there. It looks like it is not possible because it will impact elevation (Let alone that Tomahawks are not Anti Ship missiles and are supposed to be terrain following)

Note: No issue with ASCM feature turned off

That particular variant of the Tomahawk is surface ship capable. It lists it right in the title in the db.

Ok. This explains why its behaviour is affected by the ASCM feature. But it still is not supposed to behave that way.

Update the scenario to the latest DB (514) and it will work
