Is there a TOAW IV sale going on?

I've been coming to this forum for many years, but I don't come often. I noticed that TOAW IV is being offered at a very friendly price as of today (12 December 2025). Is there a sale going on, and if so, does anyone know how long it will be going on?

I bought TOAW III years ago, but didn't play it much. Same with an earlier version--maybe the first version? Because of work and life issues, I never had much time. Now that I'm retired and have a lot more time I really wanted to play TOAW III, but, surprise, I can't get the bloody game to run properly on my new Win 11 computer. I installed it with the "Remaster Installer v3.4.1.9," but many text fields are white.

I'm disappointed that the money I spent on version III was wasted, but maybe I will buy version IV.

Of course, what I am asking is if the current price represents a permanent reduction, or a holiday season sale. Thanks is advance for any replies.
