Question about research

In advanced research data screen, what does mean "increments (%)", that is indicated for only 4 research sectors ?
I would want to use these 4 research sectors for another purpose but before I would be sure of the exact interpretation of the terms "increments (%)"

It is the boost to these specific fields that their researching will provide, based on what they do in the official campaigns, so if you want to use them for other purposes it will be best to put these to zero here, as you have done.

I think you have worked out the answer. I don't honestly know as it's not something I've ever asked Hubert about.

Ok, thanks. I founded the way to do what I wanted, seems the system is a little bit complicated because 4 factors have influence about terrain aspect : overlays, special sprites files for some grounds (mountains in particular), weather zone and also national colors.
