[1.27c] minor issue - UI glitch on raise formation

In attached savegame, there are several glitches in GUI.

1. when first opening the rise formation with "use shq troops", SHQ troops are checked but not calculated until I change the checkmark
2. going back, page 2 is missing: it only appears when I click on "battalion"
3. I cannot uncheck SHQ troops when rising buggies.
