Opponent wanted Axis Allied 1939 campain small fleet

Hello,
I'm looking for experienced opponents for 1939 small fleet (with or without winter option) games (1 game each side if possible). Only players who don't give up as soon as they have to start to retreat but resist as long as the Germans did in real, or the Ural montain for the Russians please.
Home rules :
-No diplomacy
-Fleet on ocean hex can't be protected by 6 submarine (not applicable if fleet is on costal hex)
-No axis sub on sea loop to block them
-No landing on own beach and staying on the beach to prevent opposit side invasion
-If UK is invaded, no axis unit staying beside not defended UK city and not taking that city, just to avoid USA to join the war before December 1941
