as title says, I cannot build the xeno agricultura asset but no reason is indicated.

ANTL is n/a, so xeno-agri is on agri-dome. and you not profit smthng like fuzzy wax etc

On the contrary, In the help tab, ANT is level 0: Excellent, full nutritional value!
