CRT changes not showing up

Hello, I've made changes to the CRT files and enabled them using JSGME; I see the program correctly substituting the default files with the modified ones when I enable the mod with JSGME. Outside the game, it seems everything works as intended.

However, ingame, the CRT tables show the default values. Is this just a visualization problem, ie the game always shows the default values, or is something preventing my modified data from overwriting the default ones?
