[Q] Scenario using Scenario Editor - doesn't create a Config file

Hi,

Sorry bit of a newb here but assuming my Scenario Editor is working properly ? is it supposed to create
a Configuration Settings file as well as the SCEN file ( after saving the newly created scenario )
just like all the other scenarios, have it's accompanying Configuration Settings file together with the
the Scenario SCEN file ?

It is explained in the manual, pages 271 and the followings.
