WITPLOADAI.EXE ?

Post by Dereck »

I came across mention of this in a post I was reading on my cell phone at night.

I cannot find it in my folders. All I have is WITPLOADAE.EXE and am wondering if the above executable exists or if it's somewhere other than the SCEN folder.

When I moved up to Windows 11 I did a full re-install so it should be there unless I have to get it somewhere else.

Does anybody know about this file and where I could find a copy?

Thanks

Never heard of it until know but it took appox 10 sec to find it using the forum search for WITPLOADAI.EXE.

It in the beta2 folder for 26b. How it works or what you do with it is another matter as it's not part of the standard game files.

Thank you. I don't seem to have that beta folder. I'm on 1.8.11.26a

You won't, 26a is not a beta. You need 26b. When you install it a new folder called Beta2 is created in the WitP AE main folder. In that you will find all the files related to the beta including a new .exe (which you should use from that folder) and the above file.

I don't see any 26b. Are you referring to 28b?

No, 26b. Not been to download site for a while but it appears 26b might have been replaced by 28b. Bad people :D

Homer82 posted link above to 26b.
