Restrictions on the composition of army groups

According to history, the 2nd Army of the Wehrmacht was subordinated to Army Group Center, but in the game this will exceed its capacity. Can you tell me what to do in this case?

Don't go over capacity.
I usually move 9th Army to AGN, sometimes put corps directly under OKH or generally shuffle things around.
The lark, signing its chirping hymn,
Soars high above the clouds;
Meanwhile, the nightingale intones
With sweet, mellifluous sounds.
Enough of Stalin, Freedom for the Ukraine !
