Unable to Reach www.matrixgames.com

Recently, I have largely been unable to reach the main Matrix Games website or the link to the Matrix store that appears at the top of the forums page. The error in the Microsoft Edge browser is shown below. This problem is intermittent; usually I can't access the site, but on occasion the link works as intended. I get a similar error on my iPad using the Safari browser. Access to the Matrix forums site has not been interrupted.

I'm not sure where this problem is originating from.

It is working fine for me, advertises Shadow Empire: Republica.

In your screenshot you have an extra 6 in the URL.

That extra 6 happens to me as well on some PC's when I click the link

I don’t get the ww6 in the address when I try to enter matrixgames.com but it happens when I try the sister site at Slitherine. I managed to reach this forum by a google link. Nonetheless I get a “500 Internal Server Error” message when I try to enter matrixgames.com

I didn't put the extra 6 in the URL. I type in www.matrixgames.com and it automatically redirects to www6.matrixgames.com. If I put in just matrixgames.com, I get

Clicking on Continue to Site gets me back to the www6 image in the OP.

Running an nslookup on matrixgames.com gives the following result, if it is of any use.

I'm getting the same error from both the Matrix & Slitherine sites. The error is a server-side error, so they may have maintenance going on.

The IP in the screenshot is outdated by many month. This is what should be returned:

Could be broken DNS or network settings in your system so it is returning old cached DNS information. And/or It cold be due to a broken VPN configuration if you have one. In anycase, it does not look like a server side issue.

yes on many pages the number 6 are auto added to links and posts etc

I'm running into this problem on my laptop while traveling, where it tries to access my page and it shows this address: https://www6.matrixgames.com/member/mypage

Which fails.

Any help would be appreciated as I am trying to access my downloads.

I have the same issue and clicking on the provided link above does not work. The only part of the site I can access is the forums.
