Hubert Question on Secondary Supply being removed

Hi Hubert

Bill asked me to post this in here, when France surrenders I have a country being created called Free France. France itself has islands in various places in the world that have been marked as Secondary supply sources. What I noticed is when I create Free France, any territory given to them from France has their Secondary Supply removed which then makes the island only have a supply of 3 unless it has a port. Note, this happens to all places that have been marked as secondary supply.

The command to create Free France was in territory.txt

It's something we have in place for our American Civil War game but never included it WWII, WWI.

Sounds like we should be ok to include this going forward.
