Missing new model design images & typo

Hi!
The images for new models are missing on the VidCom "Model design council developed new model" screen.
This happens with every new model. I'm attaching a screenshot.

I'm also attaching a screenshot with a typo.
It says "eligble" on the message.

I'm on version 1.27.12.
Windows 11.

That has been the case for a few patches now, fingers crossed for a fix.

This should have been fixed in Open Beta. It is working well on my open beta in any case.
Only thing that could cause this is being in a multiplayer with the player before you being on an older version.
New open beta 1.3 is coming up. try with that one. Note the turn before has to be played with the open beta to have generated the gfx correctly for opening current turn.
