Far, far behind and a new problem

Hi folks, I love playing War in Europe WWII. I haven't checked out what's new for years. Recently I have wanted to get going again, but whenever I try to access updates or the Matrix store, the accept cookies page pops up. Whether I click on accept or reject, it pops back up again and again and again. It never stops. Is this some sort of a bug? Thanks. Jerry Michels gjmichels53@gmail.com
