How to support my partisans ?

Hello,

Im trying to gain knowledge on how to support partisans as the Soviet player. Is there anything I can do ?

In GC41? No. There are just some Events, mostly date or city-control triggered.

Alright, thanks I appreciate the help. I just thought I could send something to make my partisans stronger.. I got some events about Smolensk partisan being at level 2 but I guess that may just be the axis player not sending partisan troops to his anti-partisan theather box then.
