Haven't received pre-ordered MC

Post by Sscott1879 »

I pre-ordered the first mega-campaign in April, my check was cashed, and I still haven't received the disk. I've communicated with David Heath at the help desk and he has promised repeatedly to take care of it; the last time was Monday. Its now Friday and no game. Has anyone else had this problem? It makes me extremely wary of pre-ordering the next campaign.

I haven't either but I haven't asked about yet either. I've just been hesitant to go back into my emails to find my order number. I keep saying to myself, "maybe tomorrow, maybe tomorrow". Maybe this weekend I'll actually figure it out and send them a query.

There will be no pre-orders of the next MC - When it arives in the warhouse, we will announce its availability. We expect that to be in the next few weeks.

IF you have not gotten it please let us know via teh help desk with a copy of your order confirmation, many orders simply never got deleivered (Thank you US Postal Service) and if yours is lost there is no way we can send you another unless you let us know!

Good things come to those who wait. Ordered my disk in May. It was shipped 18 July and arrived 23 July. Ran a query on my order through the Help Desk about mid-July, and they were quite prompt an accurate with their e-mail reply (Sorry for the delay, it's being shipped, and we will NEVER use USPS again...or words to that effect).
Even with the delay, I think it was worth it. Still working through the game itself, and quite honestly, haven't had time to check out the rest of the goodies on the CD!
Hope you get it soon!

I've been having similar trouble.

I did get a request for the shipping/order information, and I emailed it Wed., IIRC.

It's not that I'm expecting the game to arrive tomorrow. I'm more interested in getting a reply that my email was received, read and being worked on.

I've heard nothing but praise for the folks at Matrix, and I guess I'm feeling left out :(

I've had another problem: when I ordered for the Desert Fox MC, I indicated of course my city (Sambreville B-5060) and my country (Belgium). So were there registered by Matrix; and so confirmed by the ordering confirmation mail. That take a long time to receive the CD... When I received it last week, I was surprised to read the adress on the enveloppe: "Sambreville, Berlin 50 B-506"!!! My CD was in fact send to germany; fortunately the German Post Office made some researches and send finally the enveloppe to me... :)
Once again, my registration form mentioned the good adress, so I don't understand what was happened
I've contacted the sales department of Matrix, but I've not received any answer yet...
Well, in fact, I'm happy to have finally received the MC CD :) , but all that I wish is that such a problem will not be repeated in the future :D
