So all you have are the scn files I posted here...?

Do you have a suggestion on where to put them so you can download?

Note the PW hex etc files are the ones I just ran in the game. I think they are from RA, but not sure, and I hope one day to find someone who understands the mod to update them for me. Editing the PW hex file, etc., is outside my scope of understanding.

In case anyone is possibly interested, I'm in the process of updating the Japan Airframe and Engine Planner Excel spreadsheet to be in sync with the new V5 version of this great mod. I've finished the Engine Pools, the Engines Production and R&D, and I'm about halfway through the Airframes Production and R&D. I hope to be able to upload it here in a day or two. Personally, can't do Japan without this great tool, so need this updated before I even start a session with this excellent mod.

You can absolutely put it on your download site. So,, I just finished it. Went quicker than I thought. Please be aware that this is only for the Super Extended Scenario 44. I personally have no idea if anything is different with the other scenarios in view of engine and airframe types and numbers, so I'll let you decide if it can be shared for the other scenarios.

I luv this spreadsheet so much. It was originally created by the great "KULL" so please give him all the kudos and credit for this incredible spreadsheet. All I did was cater it for this scenario.

For those interested, here are some really cool things/facts that I noticed right away, once the sheet was completed.
1) There are a lot of Sallys being produced :)
2) You are short on several engines in the very 1st month (Dec '41). You need to make changes to at least survive the first month without being short on engines.
3) This is the key thing, and to me, so cool. There is absolutely NO (Zero) (None) :) R&D on any Airframe currently being built. All is current design and being produced. This gives you a clean slate on "what" you want to research.

There are TONS of Airframes that have little activity (i.e. 0/2, 2/2, 2/0, etc) so that if you convert an item to another airplane or other R&D, you are not "losing" too much original investment or supply.

Anyway. I hope you find it useful.

Forgot to mention, you need to "enable" macros for this spreadsheet to work properly.

Stupid Question, for some reason, on Turn 1 for Scn 044 Japan, I can't seem to expand Industries like Vehicles or Repair Shipyards, or even airframes. Expansion shows 0, and there is no option to increase.

Am i missing something?

I opened 44

Everything is working ok.

From the base screen, it's ok, and from the Industry tab, all is working ok to expand.

BTW, the only setting I changed was adding damaged FTY to repair, and I don't see any mechanism in the game to turn off the possibility of expansion, since that's hard-coded.

Ok...that's weird. I tried scenario 1 and 2, and they were fine, but not 044. Ok.. i'll keep checking. Thanks for the response.

Maybe reinstall 44. The copy I have is the one you have :) This screen is from 44.

I think i'll re-install completely.. Maybe it's the new latest patch (28Beta).

Weird thing is that SCN 001 and SCN 002 work. LST's newest Bottlenecks works. But yours, I cannot get expansion to show up. It's 0 with no arrows to increase up/down. So odd. I'll re-install one version at a time, and see if that helps.

I'll keep you posted.

OK.. i've tried re-installing the game, from base (1108) to 1124 to 1126a to 1126b to 1127b and 1128b.

If I load a base scenario (001 or 002), or Big B BMOD, or LST's newest Bottleneck, everything works. As soon as I load up your scenarios, the expansions no longer work.

Can you do me a favor. Can you create a new version of your base game (just copy), and use the Scenerio files you uploaded on this page a few posts back. Forget the PWEXE,etc. or the graphics. Just the scenario files, and see if it works ok.

For me, as soon as I load the scen (even without the PWs or the ART), it doesn't work for expansion.

If you can, and if you want to :) , please try that. I'm at a loss. All other scenarios work except these...

Well there is something - I started the game again SN44 1.26 and had the same issue as you!!!!!!!

BUT when I did the turn and reached turn 2, it's all fine. I had read a long while back about things not being possible on turn 1. I have no idea why but its ok on turn 2. Please do a HTH to turn 2 and see if its ok?

Here are my results turn 1 and then 2 on HTH mode
